As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel.  Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications, as all orders placed are final. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. We provide international delivery worldwide. Orders can be tracked through  DHL international: https://www.dhl.com/en/express. 

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
